Terms & CONDITIONS

• Rental period includes thirty (30) calendar days.
• Material must not exceed the top rim of the container.
• Additional rental time beyond the initial 30-day period will be billed at $150.00 for each additional twenty-one (21) day rental period.
• Empty-and-return service (container emptied and returned to the same location) will be charged at the full rental rate for the selected container size.

• Containers exceeding the allowable weight limit are subject to a minimum overweight charge of $250.00.
• Solid waste disposal charges are based on landfill tonnage and will be billed according to the total disposal weight.
• Mixed materials are subject to a minimum processing fee of $300.00.

The following materials are not permitted inside any roll-off container:

• Tires
• Hazardous waste
• Paints, chemicals, oils, fuels, solvents, and other liquids
• Batteries
• Asbestos or other regulated materials
• Any other prohibited materials as defined by local, state, or federal regulations

Concrete Only Containers: 

• Rebar or reinforced concrete is NOT PERMITTED 

Tire Disposal: 

• If you need to dispose of tires, please notify us before delivery. We can coordinate proper disposal. 

To establish a commercial account, the following documents must be completed:

• Container Service Request Form
• Credit Card Authorization Form

Payment must be received before container delivery can be scheduled.

Customers paying by check must maintain a valid credit card on file as a secondary payment method.

Any invoice remaining unpaid fifteen (15) days after the due date may be charged to the credit card on file.
